TLD Seeker provides AI-powered domain name search and suggestion functionality. You may use this service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. All payments are processed securely. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Honorka Kft.
4. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Honorka Kft. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Honorka Kft.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Honorka Kft. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.
